Simple but good. At Spatz I offer a small menu with various delicacies. From homemade jam for brunch, panini and soup for lunch or an antipasti plate with freshly sliced Parma ham for an aperitif.
why the passion for good food is part of my identity?
Growing up in a family with an enthusiasm for good food and pleasure, entertaining guests, family and friends was and is something that I have always enjoyed and celebrated. Now I am happy to share my fascination for simple delicacies with you.
